Team Building Events

Overview

We can create and deliver a wide range of team build events either on the clients own premises or our recommended site at Gunthorpe Hall in Norfolk . The venue allows for accommodation for up to 20 people as well as full run of this extensive old building with ample rooms for team exercises and group discussions.

Objectives

Programmes can typically achieve the following:-

• Understanding what makes an effective team
• Acknowledge the current strengths and weaknesses of the team
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully achieve challenging team objectives
• Identify what the team will need to do to consistently achieve results
• Individuals will understand their own personal contribution to the team
• The team will leave motivated and enthusiastic with a comprehensive plan for future development

Methodology

This programme is particularly active and can be modelled around the individual team needs and requests. Activities include:-

• Indoor team challenges
• Outdoor challenges (using the large grounds and surrounding countryside)
• Challenging discussions
• One to one feedback sessions
• 24 hour team challenge
• Team feedback (e.g. Belbin)
• Trainer led input
